Now USER-CHI joins sister Horizon2020 project, eCharge4Drivers for a webinar to discuss how user experience can be further enhanced. In webinar, moderated by Prof. Lieselot Vanhaverbeke from VUB, the projects present and compare results to examine user needs and how these can be addressed. The findings of a recent USER-CHI survey will be presented.
