ITS World Congress 2024

eCharge4Drivers is proud to participate in the prestigious ITS World Congress 2024, held from 16 to 20 September in the United Arab Emirates. For the first time in the UAE, this flagship event will unite experts, policymakers, and industry leaders under the theme “Mobility Driven by ITS” to explore the latest developments in mobility, technology, and innovation.
The ITS World Congress is a globally recognised platform that addresses critical issues in intelligent transport systems. Participants will engage in discussions that transcend local and national boundaries, fostering a comprehensive dialogue on the future of smart mobility solutions.
eCharge4Drivers will be prominently featured at the Congress. The project will first be featured in TP 10 on Wednesday 18 September from 11:00 to 12:30, with a paper presentation by POLIBA entitled ‘Enhancing EV user experience in eCharge4Drivers project: the case of the metropolitan city of Bari’. Later in the day, from 14:00 to 15:30, ICCS will represent the project in SIS 53 ‘How to find, book, and pay for EV charging? – Success stories and opportunities’. The session will explore the solutions to the challenges and opportunities for creating a user-friendly EV ecosystem. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to find out more about eCharge4Drivers and its user-friendly EV charging solutions and services at the ERTICO stand (European Pavilion, booth H7 B13).
